adjunction, noun: [logic] the asserting in a single formula of two previously asserted formulae.

adjunct, adj: a thing added to something else as a supplementary rather than an essential part.

Adjunctions is a space for contradictions: for being at once extra, non-essential, accessory, and connected, inventive, and over-arching.
